Each 2nd Saturday of the month, Master Distiller Olha Dolin will lead a special lecture and sampling event that inldudes a tour of the distillery, a discussion on the history, production, and enjoymnent of wines and spirits. Light snacks will be served and food pairings will be discussed. You will learn how to drink a wine and spirit, how to judge and pair them with food. Which wines and spirits are appritifs and which are digestives. Plan on three hours for this event.
