Don Quixote Rio Blanco Port is a fortified semi-sweet wine made by blending three distinct white grape varietals. Made in the Portuguese style, Rio Blanco is fermented to 3% alc. before Don Quixote brandy is added. The brandy interrupts fermentation while natural sugars are high.

We age Rio Blanco in French oak and draw from the barrels using the Spanish Solaria method. Our aging process seeks to promote the rich oak flavor connoisseur expect from fine Ports while maximizing the fresh fruit flavor that makes white Ports enjoyable.

Rio Blanco is a semi-sweet white Port aged 5 years.
