Mon Cherie is a special vintage cherry Port made by blending lightly fermented cherry juice with Don Quixote Mon Cherie Eau-de-Vie. The bringing together of cherry wine with cherry brandy creates a sweet combination you cannot find anywhere else. This Cherry Port is finished in French oak barrels using the Spanish Solaria method. We do not filter this wine, thus insuring all of nature's flavors arrive in the bottle.

Unlike most cherry wine, we do not cut our cherry port with grape juice. Our cherry port is made from 100% dark cherries.
